All deliveries will be subject to an appropriate delivery charge. This will be detailed on the site during checkout. We strive to ship all orders, received by 9.00am on a working day, out that same day. We use Royal Mail or Parcelforce (for larger consignments). The customer will be responsible for the goods once delivery is made or if delivery is attempted. The customer will also be responsible for any additional costs incurred directly as a result of them delaying delivery and the order being returned to us.
Our standard UK service takes two to three working days. Cost is calculated by weight/size up to a maximum of £4.75. Our Express Service is £6.25 and £7.95 (for larger consignments) and is a next working day tracked service. These prices are for the UK Mainland and prices may differ non-mainland addresses such as Northern Ireland. Express orders will be shipped using Royal Mail 24 hour or Parcelforce 24 services. Please note that some destinations in the UK are a two-day service. All our delivery options are tracked. Free Standard shipping is available on orders over £25.00 (UK Mainland orders only).
We will ship most items to International destinations. Some items are restricted to UK delivery, because of size, are too fragile or the license forbids us from selling overseas. Any restrictions on delivery will be listed on the product page. International shipping will be with Royal Mail International "Tracked" or Parcelforce "Global Priority" service. Delivery to European Destinations takes up to 5 working days, the Rest of the World 7 to 10 days working days. At busy periods, such as Christmas, delivery can take longer.
Payment is calculated by weight during checkout. Although we try our best to calculate the cost accurately, volume weight based on the size of the box is difficult to predict on orders with multiple items. Occasionally we may underestimate the cost involved. If there is a significant extra charge, we will approach you to see if you wish to pay the extra shipping or if you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund. All goods for destinations outside the European Union will be sent free of British VAT (Value Added Tax). Discount will calculated as you go through the checkout process.
You have the option of viewing our prices in British Pounds, US Dollars, or Euros. However, your payment will always be in British Pounds and will be subject to changes in the Exchange Rate when your order is processed. If you do not see your country listed during checkout we do not accept online payments from that country. Please Email us your order at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange for you to pay using Bank Transfer.
Need to Return Something?
All sales are on a firm basis however, if the item is really not suitable we will be happy to accept a return as long as we are informed within 14 days of your intentions and the item is sent back in its original packing and in a saleable condition. The cost of the return postage will be at the expense of the customer. It is in your best interest to return goods using recorded delivery because we will not refund until goods are returned to us. Please make sure you enclose a note with your contact details, order number, and reason for return. If you are returning goods because they are damaged faulty or wrongly sent please contact us first (see below).
For health and safety reasons we will not accept for return earrings, wigs, underwear, socks and stockings, novelty teeth, tashes and makeup items. We will not accept for return any item which is no longer in a saleable condition unless goods were found to be defective on arrival.
Goods damaged in transit, faulty or wrongly sent goods:
When you sign for your delivery from the carrier, you must check you are receiving the correct number of parcels you're signing for, and ensure that you make a note if there appears to be any damage to any of the parcels in the consignment. Please make sure you open your parcel immediately and carefully check the contents, as you must inform us within 14 working days of delivery of any damaged or incorrectly sent goods,
Please contact us by email at email@example.com and if, in the case of damaged goods, you can attach a photograph it will speed up your claim. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
If you feel that a product is faulty, please advise us immediately and inform us within 14 working days. Please follow the same returns procedure as above. We will ask you to send the item back to us. If on inspection we find the goods to be defective, we will refund the purchase cost of the goods and postage to you or offer a replacement. We reserve the right to seek the opinion of the manufacturer of the goods or another knowledgeable party, prior to a decision being met if it is not clear that the goods are faulty or have been damaged due to misuse or neglect.
