Placing Your Order
When you make a purchase from this website, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions so please read them carefully and print a copy for your records. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse to supply goods you order. Products remain the property of The Present Shop (Kirkcaldy) Ltd until payment has been made in full. Products will not be reserved for a customer until payment is made in full unless agreed otherwise. All prices are shown include VAT. The Present Shop (Kirkcaldy) Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time. All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods we will refund any money already paid. We will not be liable for compensation for damages of any sort if we do not supply the goods. The price for the goods will be stipulated at the time you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' price or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods on our website is incorrect. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the option to cancel your order. Prices on the website may differ from those in our retail establishments.
Payment online is by Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Maestro or Paypal. Please email us on sales@thepresentshop.co.uk if you wish to use another payment method for example Bacs, Postal Order or Cheque. Please note that goods cannot be shipped and goods cannot be assigned to your order until payment has been cleared.
Suitability of Goods
We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on the site. However, due to a number of different factors such as continuing product development the specification or design of goods may vary without notice. Due to differences in Internet browsers and monitor colour contrasts, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem within 14 working days of delivery.
